Special ordered parts, parts that have been installed or used, and parts with missing or damaged original manufacturer packaging can not be returned for any reason.
Unforgettable Sounds & Performance reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-New means the complete clean and unused product in the original carton with all equipment, packaging, warranties, manuals, and accessories.
A return merchandise authorization is required for all returns. Please call (954) 755-7772 or email orders@unforgettablesnp.com to obtain an OK for ALL Returns. Return shipments not authorized will be refused!
All return shipments must be prepaid. NO EXCEPTIONS! All return items must be packaged safely. Items damaged during shipping will not be credited.
