JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Experience Representative at USP Motorsports, with the occasional traveling for special events. As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer support and service. This includes handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining open lines of communication with customers. You will also play a key role in creating a positive customer experience and building lasting relationships with our customers.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Satisfaction, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Volkswagen, BMW, Audi, and Porsche vehicles is a plus
• E-commerce experience is a plus
