Designed with performance and reliability in mind the Clutch Masters FX400 clutch is perfect from your Volkswagen MK7 Golf R with stage 2 or stage 3 power levels that is drag or road raced regularly.

The FX400 clutch system uses the Power Plus I Pressure Plate with a custom, extremely durable, Sprung Ceramic disc. This is the ultimate extreme duty street and/or road/drag racing system. A solid disc provides smoother clutch engagement and the sprung hub design allows for moderate dampening in high-torque applications, rendering it much more street friendly than solid or rigid designs. This disc is designed for outstanding holding capacity, and rapid heat dissipation. In order to provide a higher torque capacity than factory this clutch kit requires the use of Clutch Masters Single Mass Flywheel (sold separately). To insure proper engagement and disengagement of the clutch, the factory hydraulic slave cylinder is retained.
