The windage tray also known as an oil pan baffle is located inside your engine’s oil pan. As your vehicle accelerates and corners, oil is shifted inside the oil pan. The windage tray keeps the oil from shifting and insures oil is always funneled towards your engine’s oil pump. With a missing or damaged windage tray, your engine can experience a catastrophic failure.
