An oil dipstick is a vital part of any car. The oil dipstick is a thin piece of metal that extends into the engine’s oil pan and allows you to read your engine’s oil level. The 2013+ Audi A4 and Audi A5 are not equipped with an oil dipstick from the factory. Without a dipstick you are left to rely upon the low oil indicator on the instrument cluster which will only alert you when engine oil is dangerously low.
