The Vossen HF-2 wheel, a part of the Vossen Hybrid Forged family, owes its aggressive, mesh aesthetic to its forged counterpart, the S17-01. The wheel is available in brushed gloss black or tinted matte gunmetal, which are offered as standard finishes. You can also customize the look and feel of your ride with one of eight Vossen Forged solid finishes, and one of three concave profiles available, such as flat, deep, and super deep. 

The Flow Forming Process:

• Step 1 - A cast wheel is mounted to the flow forming drum and heat is applied.
• Step 2 - Hydraulic rollers stretch the wheel by applying pressure to to the barrel.
• Step 3 - The wheel’s material is stretched and compressed to achieve the desired width.
• Step 4 - Stretching the barrel material improves the grain structure of the aluminum, making a stronger and lighter barrel, similar to a forged wheel.
