Vossen HF6-3 20x9.5 - 6x139.7 - Et15 - Deep - 106.1- Satin Black

Utilizing the same Hybrid Forged process as the rest of the series, the HF6-3 is one of Vossen's Hybrid Forged 6-lug designs is manufactured specifically for the truck and SUV market. The wheel is available in brushed gloss black or matte gunmetal, which are offered as standard finishes. You can also customize the look and feel of your ride with one of eight Vossen Forged solid finishes, and one of three concave profiles available, such as deep, and super deep. The latter ones are designed for extremely aggressive fitments for a wide range of makes and models, including both domestic and import vehicles.

The Flow Forming Process:

• Step 1 - A cast wheel is mounted to the flow forming drum and heat is applied.
• Step 2 - Hydraulic rollers stretch the wheel by applying pressure to to the barrel.
• Step 3 - The wheel’s material is stretched and compressed to achieve the desired width.
• Step 4 - Stretching the barrel material improves the grain structure of the aluminum, making a stronger and lighter barrel, similar to a forged wheel.
