Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 3 For BMW F20-22/F87 N55

The BMW Competition Intercooler Kit EVO III has a stepped core with dimensions of 510mm x 345mm x 180mm / stepped, 23.56L. The high performance intercooler core provides a 165% larger frontal area and 223% more volume over the stock mounted intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, and improved the endtank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in an increased flow rating and improved charge cooling properties. The intercooler is made with Wagner Tuning's award winning Competition Intercooler Core which is made specifically for this application. The intercooler is constructed of the highest quality tube and fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators combined with cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD for the best possible internal airflow. The stock click connections have been eliminated and increased to a connection diameter of Ø65mm/2.56inch for inlet and Ø76mm/3inch for outlet. This kit comes with reinforced silicone hoses as well as an aluminum chargepipe to fit the larger connections on the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties and a lot less pressure drop then the stock intercooler. The weight of the complete intercooler is only 13.8kg. All Wagner Tuning intercoolers use an anti corrosion protective coating with thermal heat dissipating characteristics. Kit is ready for installation, including adjusted cross member, simple exchange of stock mounted parts. Easy installation, only some little adjustments at the plastic cooler support are necessary. All of our products undergo rigorous quality control.
