Competition Intercooler Kit EVO 2 For BMW F20/F30

The BMW Competition Intercooler Kit EVO II has a stepped core with dimensions of 520mm x215mm x145mm /stepped 13,840cm³ compared to the stock inetrcooler with dimensions of 510mm x130mm x110mm, 7,293cm³. The increased core size of the high performance intercooler provides a 68% larger frontal area and 90% more volume compared to the stock mounted intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, and improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in an increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. Despite it's size the weight of the complete intercooler is only 8.6kg. The intercooler is constructed of the highest quality tube and fin intercooler cores with inside turbulators and cast aluminum endtanks optimized by CFD for the best possible internal airflow. Directly designed for the high requirements of BMW 135i and 335i. All Wagner products undergo rigorous quality control.
