Performance Intercooler Kit EVO 1 For BMW E90-E93 Diesel

This Performance Intercooler has a stepped core with a size of 520mm x 200mm x 150mm / stepped = 13.000 cm³. The increased size of this intercooler provides a 50% larger frontal area and 70% more volume compared to the original intercooler. Wagner Tuning engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, and improved the endtank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The high performance intercooler core has turbulators with a stepped design and weighs 9.2kg. The intercooler is constructed of the highest quality bar and plate intercooler cores and combined with cast aluminum end tanks optimized by CAD. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimize the design for best possible internal airflow. A lot less pressure drop then OEM Intercooler. The intercooler has an anti corrosion protective coating with thermal heat dissipating characteristics. The kit is ready for installation (plug & play), using the stock plumbing. No cutting or bumper removal required. Fitment is easy, replacing the OEM intercooler. All Wagner Tuning products undergo rigorous quality control.
